About the airport · Turin
Turin: an Italian gateway to the French Alps.
Turin Airport is at Caselle Torinese, 16 km north of Turin. Through the Fréjus and Mont-Blanc tunnels, it connects to the Maurienne and Mont-Blanc areas in around 2h15 by coach.
A record 2025 took it past 5 million passengers. In winter, Jet2.com, TUI, easyJet, British Airways and Ryanair bring ski flights from across the UK and Ireland, alongside links to Scandinavia and the rest of Europe.
Whatever the delay, your transfer goes ahead.
We monitor every flight in real time and adjust your transfer to your group’s actual arrival time, so a delay never leaves your group without the transfer you booked. Every transfer is planned around your group: the right coach size, room for luggage and skis, and timings that fit your programme. A meet and greet in the arrivals hall can be arranged on request; otherwise your group leader receives clear, real-time instructions to find the coach in the coach park.

Group FAQ
Questions organisers ask about Turin.
Can you handle weekly changeovers for tour operators?
Yes. Weekly changeovers are the core of our work, with one operations contact for the whole season.
Is there room for skis and luggage?
Most of our coaches have ski boxes, and vehicles are allocated to suit each group’s luggage.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
Your transfer still goes ahead. We monitor every flight in real time and adjust the transfer to your new arrival time, with no need to rebook. For very long delays or late-night arrivals, our operations team contacts your group leader directly to confirm the new pick-up time.
How will my group find the coach?
A meet and greet in the arrivals hall can be arranged on request. Otherwise, before transfer day, your group leader receives the pick-up point and clear instructions to find the coach in the coach park, with live updates on the day if needed. On request, we can also send a link to track the coach in real time.
How quickly can I get a price?
Send us your group details through the price request form and our operations team will reply within 24 hours.
