Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data MOVE ALPS collects through this website, why, and how you can control it. MOVE ALPS is the data controller.
1. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through our two forms (Request a price and Request a meeting): your contact details (name, email, and optionally your phone number and company) and the details of your request (for example route, dates, number of passengers, luggage, flight number or your message).
We do not collect payment details through this website.
2. Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a price or proposal, and follow up on it. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We may also send you occasional information about our services by email; you can opt out at any time with one click or by writing to us.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, your data is kept for the length of our relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, accounting rules).
4. Who can see it
Our operations and sales teams, and the group company (Autocars Pays de Savoie or Bertolami Voyages) that would deliver your transfer. We use a small number of service providers to run the website: DIGITAL TEAM (website hosting, France), Brevo (sending of form notification emails) and Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics audience measurement, only if you accept it — see Cookies below). Form submissions are stored in the website’s database so that our team can process them, and are deleted in line with the retention periods above. Our providers act on our instructions only. Where a provider is located outside the European Union, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it. Write to contact@movealps.com or MOVE ALPS, 30 Avenue Gambetta, 26260 Saint-Donat-sur-l’Herbasse, France. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
6. Security & changes
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy, for example when the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Cookies
We use no advertising cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure the audience of the site and improve it. It places cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that are kept for a maximum of 13 months; the statistics produced are anonymous and are not used to identify you or for advertising.
You can accept or refuse these cookies when you first visit the site, and change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. Refusing them has no effect on your use of the site.
Fonts are hosted on our own site, and the other technical storage used is strictly necessary for the site and its forms to work (it does not require your consent).
