Who we are

Redefining Alpine B2B transfers.

MoveAlps was born from a vision to give international travel partners a seamless, commercial-scale transport solution across the Alps — combining decades of regional heritage with modern logistics.

What we stand for

High-volume, reliable airport-to-resort transfers.

Tailored specifically for tour operators, travel agencies and corporate partners.

Sustainable mobility

Reducing the footprint of mountain travel through eco-efficient fleet management, lower-emission vehicles and optimised route planning.

Scale & capability

An extensive, versatile fleet capable of handling large-scale seasonal volume without compromising quality.

Expert logistics

An experienced operational team with deep tour operator and Alpine transfer expertise.

24/7 operations

Round-the-clock support with real-time tracking, rapid troubleshooting and smooth operations during peak travel windows.

Built from two sides of the industry

Most transfer operators understand logistics. What they rarely understand is the tour operator’s world.

The rooming lists, the flight manifests, the resort access constraints, the pre-departure pressure and the on-the-day decisions that decide whether a season runs smoothly or falls apart.

The MoveAlps operations team has spent more than 20 years on that side of the desk — planning transfers for tour operators, building the systems they use to manage their programmes, and developing resort and airport knowledge that only comes from years in the field. That expertise is now built into every MoveAlps operation.

Our heritage

Built on decades of regional excellence.

MoveAlps brings together two established French passenger transport leaders — Bertolami Voyages and Autocars Pays de Savoie — combining their operational experience, fleets and mountain know-how into one network for B2B Alpine transport.

Bertolami: innovation & operational scale

Bertolami began as a family transport business with a simple mission: connect communities through safe, dependable passenger transport. It grew into a major regional operator running school networks, intercity routes and high-volume corporate charters across Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Grand Est.

  • Sustainable mobility pioneer — An early adopter of alternative-fuel fleets in France and a participant in European mobility research.
  • Fleet, technology & standards — A structured approach to maintenance, driver training and safety, with continuous investment in modern vehicles and driver-assistance technology.

APS: deep roots in mountain transit

Autocars Pays de Savoie was forged where MoveAlps operates every day — home to Les 3 Vallées, Paradiski, Portes du Soleil and Tignes/Val d’Isère. APS built its reputation mastering heavy snowfall, sudden pass closures, chain-up protocols and extreme Saturday turnaround traffic.

  • Alpine winter expertise — Weather, chain requirements, road closures, mountain passes and access to every major ski resort.
  • High-volume seasonal scale — Coordinating vehicles, drivers and dispatch for peak Saturday arrivals and departures across multiple resorts.

Our drivers

Drivers who know your guests, not just the road.

Every MoveAlps driver is trained beyond the wheel. Before the season, each one is briefed on the clients they work for: how your programme runs, your pickup points and rep procedures, how your guests should be welcomed, and what to do when plans change.

Our client roadbooks mean that whichever driver turns up, your guests get the same experience, every time.

Client roadbooks

A guide for each tour operator and group: procedures, pickup points, contacts and how your guests are greeted.

Resort pickup-point knowledge

The exact meeting points, access rules and drop-off windows for every resort we serve.

Briefed for the unexpected

Delays, missing guests, closed roads: every driver knows what to do and who to call.

Safety & standards

Checked every week. Compliant every day.

The checks your school, safety officer or HR team need to see, in place before you ask.

Every vehicle checked weekly

Each vehicle has its own QR-coded quality checklist. Drivers complete it every week, and any defect is logged and followed through to repair by our fleet team.

  • Weekly quality check on every vehicle
  • Defects logged, tracked and fixed
  • Pre-departure checks by every driver

Safety & compliance

The MoveAlps companies are licensed French passenger transport operators, working to strict French and EU rules.

  • Licensed passenger transport operators
  • Professional drivers with mandatory ongoing training (FCO)
  • Driving and rest hours tracked by digital tachograph
  • Passenger liability insurance
  • Seatbelts on every seat

How we work

From first call to season debrief.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

We start with your programme: dates, volumes, resorts, airports and the way your team works.

  2. 02

    Price and plan

A clear quote or price grid, and a transfer plan built around your arrivals and departures.

  3. 03

    Brief the team

Your details go into our planning system and client roadbook, and every driver is briefed on your procedures.

  4. 04

    Deliver on the day

Live dispatch, flight tracking and one ops contact, in English or French, from first pickup to last drop-off.

  5. 05

    Review together

After each season or event: a debrief, your figures and, on request, your carbon certificate.

Our values

What we stand for.

01

Reliability

We do not miss transfers. Our operations are built around contingency, communication and delivery.

02

Expertise

75+ years of Alpine operations and tour-operator-side experience: we have already solved the problems you have not met yet.

03

Partnership

We work as an extension of your team, not as a supplier at arm’s length.

04

Sustainability

Local, measurable, zero greenwashing. Instead of distant carbon credits, we invest directly in clean regional energy to protect the air, snow and valleys of the Alps.

Let’s plan your next season together.
